- On-site assessment of any damage without a call-out fee.
- We will discuss the damage with the customer and offer free on the work required to complete the refurbishment.
- Our staff will be fully equipped with the correct PPE and specialised tools and materials necessary to make the removal process easier.
- Any items that need to be moved will be moved and those that cannot be moved will be properly covered to ensure no damage to items in the building.
- Industrial fans will be used to extract as much of the dust as possible.
- Depending on the scope of the work the old timber battens will be removed.
- A cleanup of the work area will be completed before commencing with the refurbishment. This includes removal of old panels, cornices, timber battens and dust and refuse from the area above the ceiling. The area will be swept and vacuumed.
- The refurbishment will then commence with the removal of the old paint and primer before applying new primer and paint to both sides of the pressed ceiling.
- Any damaged panels, fillers or cornices will be replaced as part of the refurbishment, with no extra charge.
- A brand new timber frame will be used to refit the refurbished ceiling.
- Undercoat and top coats can be requested as an optional extra on completion of the refurbishment.
