Pressed Ceilings
From humble beginnings, Pressed Ceilings started the business over 3 decades ago with limited pressed metal ceiling designs and relied on a third party for all its pressing work. Pressed ceilings have grown substantially over the years. Pressed ceilings relocated to a much larger factory space with a dedicated workshop, we also custom designed and build our own 2000ton press.
This has been a real game changer for Pressed ceilings, with the new 2000ton press and workshop dedicated to building the pressed metal ceiling product range, pressed ceilings have been able to more than triple its Pressed metal ceiling range, with both the classic antique designs and also moving into a modern pressed metal ceiling range.
Pressed ceilings constantly strives to keep up with the modern trends as well as keep the classic designs of the days gone past, when developing new pressed metal ceiling designs, we always cater for both the older antique market as well as the new trends.
With our state of the art workshop and 2000ton press, we are able to keep up with demand, we carry a large amount of stock and are also capable of pressing on demand.
Pressed ceilings can also duplicate any pressed metal ceiling design if we do not carry that specific design in our range, due to the technical aspect as well as the engineering that needs to go into this process, this is not something a client would request for a few panels.
The duplication of any pressed metal ceiling panels would be ideal for a larger project that requires the same design to be used throughout the building

Pressed ceilings also specialise in fibreglass, fire-retardant fibreglass, rubber and polyurethane reproductions of antique corbels, pillars, air-vents, ornate plastered finishes, gargoyles, statues and just about anything else that needs to be reproduced. Using fibreglass, rubber, and polyurethane reproductions offers several benefits. These materials are lightweight, durable, and resistant to moisture, making them ideal for long-lasting installations. Additionally, they can be easily moulded into intricate designs, allowing for the reproduction of delicate and ornate architectural elements with precision and accuracy.
We also offer electro plating of any non-conductive materials in Brass, Copper or nickel.
