Our 6 Axis CNC Machine
At our factory we are able to design and cut new tooling of any pattern or design. This provides us with a massive advantage over our competitors who rely on imported product with limited design options. A good example of the flexibility was the Dutch Reformed Church in Burgersdorp after the ceiling dome section caught fire and burnt down. After designing and cutting new tooling based on the burnt ceiling panels we were able to replicate the old ceiling perfectly with new panels.
Our 2000 Ton Press
To deliver high quality product and service while keeping up with the increased demand Pressed Ceilings decided to invest in a 2000 ton press for the factory. This massive and costly project took a year to complete with many hurdles along the way. Perseverance paid off and the project was completed after many sleepless nights. We are proud of this South African designed, managed and built project which makes us the leaders of pressed ceiling manufactured panels on the African continent.
